Everyone  know that meditation is all kinds of medicine . There are two main kinds of meditation number one is Vippasana

meditation and number two is sammatha meditation .This Sammatha meditation has many kinds for examples Ten kinds of kasina meditation 

One:Pathavi (Soil)

Two:Apo (Water)

Three:Tejo(Fire)

Four:Bayo(Air)

Five:Nila

Six:Pita

Seven:Lohita

Eight:Adata

Nine:

Ten:Light thats all.

If ones ask you why do you meditate? What would you answer? 

actually meditation its meaning control yourself ,control his sentence,control his actions ,control his mind .

What are the benefits of meditating?

So lets know about the benifits of meditation  you can do relex your mind, you can give up any kinds of drug , your memory will be strong and so on.

Now we shall know somethings to do before meditation and it is very very important to a meditator. You have to keep ok this five charactors.

firstly you can't kill any animals .

Secondly you can't steal.

Thirdly you can't misconduct.

Fourtly you can't tell a lie.

Fiffthly you can't take any drug thats all. Why you can't   use this all if you use you can't meditate purely and you never success for this reason you have to avoid thats all.
